At the meeting on March 1st, 2011, 8 out of the 9 armies that gave their opinions all decided that the 5 Room Rule should be done away with, and that time limits for battles should be put in to place.

I would like each leader to fill out this short form for their army:

1. Would you like to eliminate the Five Room Rule?
2. Would you like battles to have a 1-2 Hour Time Limit? (Battle must be over 1 hour but less than 2 hours. If the enemy forfeits, it doesn’t matter how long it was).
